You must call us before any returns.  Items damaged in shipping will be replaced and a call tag issued for return of the damaged itmes.  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Returns will normally be charged a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  It is our wish to be fair with all of our customers.  Internet margins are extremely small, and there is abundant information available on the internet on all of our items.  If you do need to return something, call us.  We will try our best to work with you.
