Please be aware that email is, by far, the best way to contact us. We are a retailer, as well as Factory Authorized Service center for Makita, Bostitch, MK Diamond and Grip Rite/Prime Air.  Our employees that answer the phone will not usually be able to answer your questions without calling you back.

You are always welcome to stop in if in the New Orleans area.  We are a block north (east bank) of the Mississippi river, and 4 blocks west of the Huey P. Long bridge.  We talk tools, carpentry, and fishin'.  We keep the coffee on 'till closing time.  After 20 years as a factory owned service center, we know Makita tools as well as anyone in the US;  better than most.
