Welcome to Big Easy Tools

We are a Power tool sales and service shop.  As the name implies, we are just ouside of the Big Easy, New Orleans, LA.  We specialize in commercial grade, portable power tools.   We do not sell directly from this site.  All of the manufaturers we represent, listed below, have their own websites, for you the check out their latest and greatest equipment.  We either carry or can get anything you find on those sites.  If you're in the area, come on by.  We keep the coffee on and chat power tools, fishin, and straight razors.

We specialize in commercial grade, portable power tools.  We sell, service, and handle parts for Makita, Hitachi, Stanley Bostitch, MKDiamond, RolAir, Eagle Compressor, and GripRite.  We are factory authorized service for these brands, we service all of their tools; electric, gas, or pheumatic.  To become factory authorized, an establishment most show the proper equipment, ability, and experience to efficiently and safely service these tools.  We have the largest inventory of Makita parts in Louisiana and Mississippi.  We are one of the few locations in the greater new orleans area that will service Makita gas powered products.  We have been in business, within a mile of our current location for 26 years.  We have 46 years of combined power tool service experience.

We're easy to find.
